This website is operated by Bladi Wear ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

1. Online store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display the colours, details and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and embroidered details may vary slightly from piece to piece. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will always be the one shown when you placed your order. When a product shows a crossed-out price, it refers to the previous price of that product.

4. Orders

After placing an order you'll receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases, such as a pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud; in that case we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping times, rates and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We extend this to 30 days from delivery with free returns. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers. Welcome codes are limited to one use per customer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Bladi Wear name, logo, designs, photographs and texts, belongs to Bladi Wear or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Personal information

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring any dispute before the courts of your place of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
